All refund requests will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as visa application fees and government charges, are non-refundable.

Any costs incurred by Visanswer in the process of providing services to the client are non-refundable.

Change of Circumstances
